Posts, likes, comments, follows. Shared with people you choose to share with.
Subscription status
Whether you have an active Premium subscription. Billing details stay with Stripe — we never see card numbers.
Notifications, camera access, and personalized feed ranking are all optional. JustAskPet works without them — and you can turn any of them off anytime in Settings.
Your data is kept while your account is active. When you request deletion, JustAskPet removes your profile, pets, posts, and care logs within 30 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained for product improvement.

Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, export, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request deletion of your account. Most of these are one tap away in Settings. For everything else (or to reach our privacy contact), message us via Support. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
